Our Room types are the following:

Suite Colibrí: The only one over the beach and with view to the Caribbean sea. It has a King size bed, sofa bed, air conditioner, kitchen, hairdryer, security box, microwave, fridge, A/C, ceiling fan, hot and cold shower, projector, modern sound system and video system, WIFI, Balcony with hammocks, Jacuzzi on the terrace and two private sun loungers.
Category A: This type of room has a garden view, two double beds, air conditioner, WIFI, mini fridge, ceiling fan, TV, mini fridge, bathroom, hairdryer, security box and balcony with hammock.
Category B: This type of room has the view to the interior of the hotel or to the street, two double beds, air conditioner, WIFI, mini fridge, ceiling fan, TV, bathroom, security box, hairdryer, and balcony with hammock.
Bungalows: The Bungalows has a garden view, one double bed, WIFI, mini fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioner, TV, bathroom, security box and hammock.

All the prices are meant to be paid in cash, we also accept credit card (visa, american express and mastercard), 19% Tax included in the prices (16% VAT + 3% city tax 1 usd of enviromental free per night). Please note that the mentioned prices are for two people. We allow a maximum of four people in the category A and B rooms with an extra charge of $25 USD per adult and $15 USD per child up to 14 years. Children under 3 years are free of cost. The cabañas are only for two people. Please use our booking form to search for type of the room, price and availability. These fares can be modified without previous notice.

To reserve a room we would need your credit card information (number, expiration date and security code). We will not charge anything until your arrival at the hotel where you can decide your method of payment. You can choose between cash (Pesos or USD), deposit/transfer to our bank account, or credit/debit card. If you decide for the credit/debit card you will be charged an extra 4% of the bank commission. In high season we could ask for a deposit.

Other important information:

Check in time: 3pm.
Check out time: 12pm.
Late Checkout: Ask for availability with a charge of 10 USD per hour till 4:00 pm. After that you have to pay the whole night.
American breakfast: included.
Family Policy: Children under 14 years of age 15 USD per night.
Room Tax: 19% included in the rate using the booking form (16% VAT, 3% City Tax, 1 usd of enviromental fee per night).

As a guest at Hotel Colibri Beach you have certain benefits at our beach club Lido such as:

American breakfast (from 8:00 am to 11:00 am) that includes coffee, fresh juice or fruit plate, bread, butter, jam and eggs any style as you like.

Free sun chairs/beds with some consumption at the bar or restaurant (the minimum consumption change depending on the season)

Free beach towels with $200 pesos deposit

Room service (From 8:00 am to 6:30 pm)

In case of a refund through PayPal, the generated commissions will be paid by the client.

High Season

Cancellations and/or modifications made after 60 days before your arrival will incur a 100% penalty of the amount of the deposit.

Low Season

Cancellations and/or modifications made after 3 days before your arrival will incur a penalty of one night of your stay.

NO REFUNDABLE RATE: to reserve a room whit a NO REFUNDABLE RATE the customer must to pay the 100% before your arrival, the payment can be deposit/ transfer to our bank account or we can charge the amount to your credit card, the customer must to fill an authorization form before to pay.

PRICE CHANGE POLICY

The prices adjust to our availability of date, the price of your reservation will not be able to change in case it exists some lower fee for any special promotion or similar after your purchase.
